Is been more than a year since I started using deviant art, and I have to admit that I have a very poor productivity for my art works and stuff.

Is time for a change...

A look at the past year, I realized that I have come from a long way from where I was a year ago. Some of them are good, some of them are bad. But what the most important to me is that I have finally found my dream, what I want to do with my life...

A month ago, one of my friend asked a new first student a question that I bet most people have asked themselves more than once :

“What do you want to do with your life?”

“I just want to find a job...”

Just want to find a job? No, this is not the right answer. If you JUST want to have a job, then why not just to work at fast food restaurant? Is a job anyway...

Everybody has a dream, and not everybody can realize their dream. For me, I have been asking myself the same question over and over again for the past three years, and I have finally found it.

“I want to be a figure sculptor.”

For those people who know me, you might think “are you crazy? You can never earn enough money with that!”

Well, life is short to waste our life on things don't matter, and therefore we should live our life in most fulfilling way as possible. Because by the time you are regretting about “oh I should should have done this.. Oh I should have done that...” by the time you are lying on your deathbed, is too late.

I will not living a life filled with regrets, even if I fail on my journey of pursuing my dream, there is nothing for me to regret about because I know that I have tried my best, and that's all it matters.

“You won't even have a chance if you don't even try.”

A person without a dream is same as a body without a soul. Life is short, there is no point wasting time on something you have no interest in.

I have have made a new blog called Studio Reveus which will be my main blog from now to report my weekly progress on my journey of becoming figure sculptor. The old blog will be focused on life only. This DA account will be the place where I will be posting my completed figures as well as other hobby works.
